My Push Up Toy – Diego dalla Palma

For the launch of Diego dalla Palma’s new face primer, we decided to play around with a concept that was both ludic and evocative, and to shape that concept into video content and packaging design for the brand. The product’s narrative is carried by a bold aesthetic idea of alluding shapes and colors.

Executive Summary: Diego dalla Palma – My Push Up Toy Mascara In this case study, Blank Studio analyzes the creative direction for the launch of My Push Up Toy, the iconic mascara by Diego dalla Palma Milano. The project revolves around the concepts of "hyper-volume" and "extreme curvature," translating the product's technical performance into a vibrant, colorful, toy-inspired visual language. Blank Studio oversaw the art direction, set design, 3D video, and packaging design, creating an ecosystem of multimedia content designed to dominate digital channels. Through a narrative that highlights the mascara's texture and packaging design, we positioned My Push Up Toy as a cult product in the professional beauty scene, combining the reliability of the Milanese brand with a modern aesthetic and high social sharing.

With just a few keywords and some editing magic, we had the product embark on an interdimensional voyage across different universes, with the product’s full reveal only happening in the final scene. In a word: sexy.
